Your rewards card works just like CASH, and can be used to purchase anything at Bean Drinking, as well as giving you an instant 50c off all hot drinks purchased every visit.

 

APPLY FOR A NEW CARD

To get a rewards card, simply call into Bean Drinking and see one of our Baristas. You start your rewards card with an inital $30, and we will let you know when your balance is running low so and can reload it with whatever dollar amount you choose ($30 minimum).

The most 'frequently asked' questions about our card are shown below, but our Baristas are there to help you load your card for the first time and answer any questions you may have.

 

 

REGISTER AN EXISTING CARD

For us to make sure you get your free coffee when you visit us on your birthday, we need you to provide a little bit more info than we collected in-store when you first set your card up. Registering your card has the added benefit that in the event a rewards card is lost, and handed back into us, we are able to get in touch with you quickly and get the card back to you.

What is a Bean Drinking Rewards Card?

The Bean Drinking Rewards Card is a payment card that allows you to pre-load a dollar amount onto the card and then use it in Bean Drinking to pay for your purchases. In addition to being a payment card, it is also a Loyalty card, entitling you to loyalty discounts off our hot drinks.

How do I use a Bean Drinking Rewards Card?

You can load money onto your Rewards Card using Cash, Visa, Master Card, or EFTPOS. Then simply present your loaded card to pay for your purchases. It is quick and easy, and means you will no longer need to carry 'coffee change' in your pocket or purse to enjoy your daily brew.

Each time you use the Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining. The Card will be returned to you each time, ready for your next visit.

How can I obtain a Bean Drinking Rewards Card?

Simply call into Bean Drinking and see one of our Baristas. There is an initial and minimum recharge amount of $30. Our Baristas will help you load your card for the first time and answer any questions you may have.

Can I give a Rewards Card as a gift to someone else?

Yes! Our Rewards Cards make wonderful gifts to those who appreciate great coffee. Simply let our Barista know when you set the card up and they will create it in the name of the person you are giving it to.

Is my Bean Drinking Rewards Card reloadable?

Yes, our cards are re-loadable, present your card to one of our Baristas and ask to reload it with whatever dollar amount you choose ($30 minimum).

How do I reload my Rewards Card?

At any time, simply present your card to one of our Baristas and ask to reload it with whatever dollar amount you choose ($30 minimum).

Reloading works just like purchasing a new card, except that any balance you had remaining on your card will be added to the amount loaded, and your new balance will be the combined total.

What should I do if my Rewards Card is lost or stolen?

Your card is like cash, so if you lose it, it is like losing cash, and therefore your balance is lost. Please look after your card as you would your cash.

Does my Rewards Card expire?

No, Rewards Cards never expire.

Are there any hidden charges or service fees?

No. There are no fees or charges associated with the Rewards Card. In fact, you will get a discount on hot drinks by using your Rewards Card as a payment method.

What happens if I forget my Rewards Card, can I still purchase using my credit?

You can only access your credit if you present your Rewards Card at the point of payment. We are unable to charge purchases to your card if the card is not presented.

How does Bean Drinking protect my privacy when I register for a Rewards Card?

Our Privacy Policy means that we will not give or sell your name or personal information to other individuals or companies.

Can I order multiple Rewards Cards for Employees, Clients or Customers?

Yes, to place bulk Rewards Card orders simply Contact Us with your request.
