Bean Drinking can help you raise substantial funds, simply by selling our Fundraising Coffee! Our coffee is an easy sell, especially when your customers have our best-selling Single Origins, Blends, and Decaf to choose from.

For every 250g bag of coffee you sell, your organisation will make a minimum of $5 profit.


To get started and organise your own fundraiser, just follow these few simple steps:

1.

Download our Fundraiser Order Form and give a copy to each of your fundraising volunteers to complete.

2.

Your fundraising team pre-sell the coffee to friends and family, collecting the money in advance.

3.

At the end of your fundraiser period, download our Order Form Calculator

4.

Tally all of your volunteers orders together and email use back the consolidated Order Form.

5.

We will email an invoice back to you, and payment must be made in full before your order can be processed.

6.

We will then roast your order, and deliver it to you free of charge within 7 business days.

7.

You distribute the orders to your fundraising team, who then deliver the coffee to their customers.

8.

Your group keeps all of the profits to invest as needed.
